Tony Scaffeo - Chief Edutainment Officer

Tony Scaffeo has over 30 years of retail sales, process sales training and management expertise . His successful career began with Soundsaround Inc, a 4 location consumer electronics retail chain in Calgary, Alberta, where he quickly established himself as the top revenue producer per store front in Canada.  Under his leadership, Soundsaround grew from annual sales of $5 million to over $40 million.  The company's annual sales event, The 12 hour Liquidation Sale, garnered an impressive $4 million in sales from a single location in 1 day, which is a sales record in Canada.  Mr. Scaffeo advanced his career at Soundsaround where he held positions of General Manager and Vice President before joining Best Buy Canada as the Vice-President of Business Development. In 2013, Tony joined with the McManes Group and devoted his talents to developing a high performance Training program for the Automotive industry.Tony’s experiences in the consumer electronics retail industry and the automotive sales industry, coupled with him witnessing several of his peers struggle with the pressures of those industries in a rapidly evolving market landscape, led him to consider creating the $caffeo group.


John Earle - Chief Ingenuity Officer

John Earle has over 25 years of retail sales, training and management and administrative experience.  He advanced his career at Soundsaround, ultimately rising to the the position of General Manager for the company.  He subsequently formed a consulting company, providing business, marketing, and management services for several different companies in the retail sector, the oil and gas sector, the manufacturing sector, and the construction industry.  John's diverse array of talents include website construction, graphic design, business writing, databasing, advanced spreadsheet design, project management and logo design. 


Gary Waldron - Chief Mentoring Officer

Gary Waldron has had over thirty years of in-field direct sales and management experience.

His successful sales career began with C-JAY 92 FM where he quickly established himself as their top revenue producer, and was the recipient of many awards while establishing new sales records.

Mr. Waldron advanced his career at Q 107 where he held positions of General Sales Manager, Station Manager, and finally Vice-President of Sales. Through his leadership, his efforts led to developing a high performance sales team exceeding yearly budgets by more than 30%. Two of his team went on to be awarded Sales Person of the Year in Canada.


Ray Bedier - Chief Process Officer

Ray has over 25 years of sales & management experience in the media industry.  His successful sales career began in 1986 and after moving to Calgary with Q107FM, quickly established himself as a top revenue producer, culminating with the award for Sales Person of the Year in Canada.  Ray advanced his career in broadcasting, where he held positions of Sales Manager and Vice-President of Sales. He consistently was recognized for exceeding both personal and organizational goals.

Ray is an international consultant specializing in Sales Process and management development. Ray concentrates on the specifics of what makes the process work, delivering a "how to" approach for sales forces and key managers resulting in trackable and measurable improved performance.
