He led the company's growth from $5 million to over $40 million in annual sales, including setting a Canadian sales record of $4 million in a single day at the annual 12 Hour Liquidation Sale.

Tony's career continued to advance, holding positions of General Manager and Vice President at Soundsaround before becoming the Vice-President of Business Development at Best Buy Canada. In 2013, he joined the McManes Group and devoted his talents to developing a high-performance training program for the automotive industry.
